New Delhi: Microsoft Corp’s MS Teams app suffered a major outage on Wednesday afternoon, with thousands of users unable to access the Teams app. Downdetector.com, the website that tracks outages through a range of sources, including user reports, showed that there were nearly 2,000 incidents of people reporting problems with Microsoft Teams in India.
Microsoft has tweeted from its official address that it has received reports from users unable to access Microsoft Teams or use features. The tech giant went on to say it is investigating the matter.

According to Downdetector.com, Microsoft Teams has been having problems since 12:30 AM IST.
Meanwhile, in the December quarter of 2022, Microsoft recorded its slowest revenue growth in more than six years as it took a $1.2 billion hit after laying off 10,000 people amid poor PC sales worldwide.
Revenues were $52.7 billion and were up 2 percent, while net income was $16.4 billion, down 12 percent for the quarter ended Dec. 31.
Revenue in More Personal Computing was $14.2 billion, down 19 percent. While Windows OEM sales fell 39 percent, Xbox content and services sales fell 12 percent and device sales fell 39 percent.
