Rohit hit 101 in 85 balls in a knock that consisted of nine fours and six sixes. He scored with a strike rate of 118.82.
His six sixes in the match brought his tally of maximums to 273, which is the third-highest sixes in the 50-over format. Rohit surpassed Sri Lankan legend Sanath Jayasuriya, who has 270 sixes in the format.
Pakistani all-rounder Shahid Afridi leads the pack with 351 sixes, followed by West Indies legend Chris Gayle, who has hit 331 sixes.

Rohit’s 30th ODI ton in his 241st match also puts him alongside former Australian skipper Ricky Ponting, who also has the same number of centuries in 375 matches.
Only Virat Kohli (46) and Sachin Tendulkar (49) are now ahead of Rohit on the all-time list of most ODI centuries.
