Ravindra Jadeja Injury: Yash Dayal and Jadeja ruled out for Ind vs Ban ODI Series | The Times of India | Cricket news

NEW DELHI: Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who is yet to recover from his knee injury, has been ruled out of the upcoming three-match ODI series against Bangladesh in December. After the first call, fast bowler Yash Dayal will also not be part of the series due to a lower back problem.
Fast bowler Kuldeep Sen and all-rounder Shahbaz Ahmad were named replacements for Dayal and Jadeja for the series from December 4.
Jadeja had knee surgery after the Asia Cup in the UAE and was ruled out indefinitely afterwards.

“Dayal has a lower back problem and has been ruled out of the series, while Jadeja has yet to recover from his knee injury and will remain under the supervision of the BCCI Medical team,” the BCCI press release said.
Both Sen and Shahbaz were set to travel to New Zealand for the three-match ODI series that kicks off in Auckland on Friday. However, they will now be part of the squad traveling to Bangladesh. No replacements have been named for the ODI squad currently in New Zealand.
