Tamil Nadu Health Minister Ma Subramanian addressed a press conference in Chennai on 21 November. He addressed media people about the spread of the ‘Madras Eye’ infection in the state. He advised people that people who suffer from Madras Eye should not treat themselves, but go to the hospital. They are not allowed to buy their own medicines. He later added that the distribution of ‘Madras Eye’ will be until the end of December. After December, the ‘Madras Eye’ infection will disappear.
