Haryana Steelers continued their winning streak as they secured a 32-26 victory over Bengal Warriors in a Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 9 game at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium on Friday.
Meetu and Jaideep starred in the game for the Haryana Steelers as they each earned six points to help their team earn their third win in a row. Shrikant Jadhav was the leading run scorer for the Bengal Warriors, grabbing seven points but it was not enough to turn the tide.

Manjeet started the encounter for the Steelers with a bonus point, but was caught by Girish on the first try. With Meetu hitting Vaibhav, Haryana Steelers took a 2-1 lead.
Jaideep knocked out Shrikant Jadhav with a strong tackle and Haryana Steelers extended the lead by two points. Minutes later, Deepak Hooda earned a raid point to make it 6-6.
Vaibhav knocked out Meetu with an ankle grab as Bengal Warriors took the lead for the first time in the match. A defensive error by Mohit further enabled the Warriors to extend their lead by two points. But a Super Tackle from Jaideep tied the Steelers again.
Early in the second half, Meetu earned an easy raid point to put pressure on Bengal Warriors. Haryana quickly inflicted an All-Out on the Bengal Warriors to widen the gap to 19-13.
Rakesh Narwal demonstrated his defense skills when he caught Deepak Hooda. The combination of Mohit and Jaideep came alive and earned quick points as the Haryana Steelers took a nine-point lead with 10 minutes left on the clock.
The second half started with Manjeet caught straight away by Deepak Hooda as Bengal Warriors kept control of the game. But K Prapanjan earned a four point superattack as Haryana Steelers began their fight back.
With a Super Tackle on Manjeet, Vijay Malik earned two points for Bengal Warriors and ensured they left no room for their opponents to get back into the game.
Shrikant kept getting raid points while Bengal Warriors kept Haryana Steelers on their toes.
But a pair of defensive mistakes by the Bengal Warriors allowed Manjeet to pick up two points ahead of Haryana Steelers, securing their lead. Rakesh earned a late three-point Super Raid and the Haryana Steelers picked up another thrilling victory.
